Northwest Market Association hosts two markets (a Spring Market and a Fall Market) every year in Portland, Oregon. The market attracts exhibitors and buyers from all over the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon, Washington, northern California, Idaho, Montana, and southwest British Columbia.

The Northwest Market Association started over 40 years ago.  Initially known as Pacific Northwest Shoe Travelers, we changed our name to Northwest Market Association in 1996 and began including apparel and accessories in our market in addition to footwear.  The market was held at the Embassy Suites – Portland Airport for a number of years, until 2008, when we outgrew that space and moved to Embassy Suites – Washington Square, where we have more convention center space and more suites. 

For over 40 years the Northwest Market continues to be a vibrant buying market of footwear, apparel and accessories for women, men and children.  Our goal is to cultivate a friendly working environment between our local retailers and buyers and our sales representatives who showcase their merchandise.
